Did you know that your choice of hotel for the Course has a direct impact on the host Association and Universities (CAP-ACP, UofA, UofC)?
In order to secure sufficient meeting space for the Course we must guarantee a minimum number of bedroom bookings by our delegates. Although we understand that making your reservations outside of the Course block can sometimes be more economical, it may cause the hosts to have to pay attrition fees for unutilized rooms within the contracted room block, which over time may result in higher Course registration fees.
The CAP-ACP, UofC & UofA depend on the annual Course revenues to fund the future program, subsidize resident attendance and to keep future registration fees low.
Please assist your hosts by making your hotel reservation in the official Course block at the Banff Centre for Arts & Creativity.
